How do I register on onewindow.pk?

The OneWindow registration process is easy and free. Anyone may sign up for free and place an order in a matter of minutes.

Do you take orders over the phone?

Yes, you may call us directly and one of our sales representatives will do their best to suit your needs.

How can I track the status of my order?

Simply log in to check the order details as well as the current status. We also have dedicated staff for this purpose who will send you regular updates via email and phone calls.

Is it possible to negotiate the price?

Since we are importing things directly from the United States, we have a very small profit margin. To avoid any misunderstanding, we have a well-defined pricing system that includes Sales Tax, Import Duties, Income Tax, and Shipping, among other things. Even then we do our best to meet your budget.

Would you like to learn more about Cash on Delivery?

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) to gain client confidence by allowing them to pay at the door once they have the product in their hands. we offer COD, only on orders of less than 5000 Pak Rs. Note: Apparel items do not have the cash on delivery (COD) option.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

You have the option to cancel your order until it is processed. To avoid any misunderstandings, we will call you before placing an order with our USA Merchants. You can use the cancellation button after logging in, to cancel your order. If this button isn’t visible, it means your order has been placed and is on its way to Pakistan.

How do you refund money? What options do you have?

We have extremely restricted refund options because we import things from outside Pakistan, yet we do a 100% refund in the following conditions only:

We have not processed your order.
You did not receive what you ordered.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

We will reimburse your money within 7 days of your purchase cancellation.

In how many days I can change my order?

Order cancellation and order change procedure is identical, thus if you can cancel your order, you can also change it. You can contact us directly for this purpose.

Are there any warranties?

We do not provide any warranties because we import things from outside Pakistan. We will not provide any technical help, so make sure you understand the product and its purpose before placing an order.
